What do the labels on each card mean?
U+1D400 The Unicode codepoint the style's characters come from. Two styles can look almost identical and still be different characters with different device support. The codepoint is the only reliable way to tell which one you copied.

Upside down text is assembled from characters that happen to look like rotated Latin letters: mostly phonetic symbols, plus a few mathematical and Cyrillic ones. There is no rotated alphabet in Unicode, so every tool doing this is stitching together lookalikes from wherever it can find them.
Where it works, and where it breaks
One thing worth understanding, because it surprises people: the text is not actually reversed. Each character is replaced with a rotated-looking equivalent, but they still run left to right. For the effect to read properly the character order has to be reversed as well, which is a separate operation. Some tools do it, some do not, and the difference is why upside-down text sometimes looks wrong in one place and right in another.
Coverage is good across letters and digits, with a handful of characters having no convincing rotated form and passing through unchanged. Support varies: the phonetic characters are well covered, the rarer substitutions less so.
Because several substitutions are ordinary Latin letters, n for u, q for b, M for W, this style is unusually likely to be misread as a typo rather than as an effect.
Accessibility is genuinely poor here and in an unusual way. The substitutions come from phonetic notation, so a screen reader that supports them announces IPA symbol names. A name in this style is read out as a sequence of linguistics terminology. Where the substitution used a plain Latin letter, it simply reads that letter, so the output is part gibberish and part wrong word.
Common questions
Why does my text still read left to right?
Because only the characters are rotated, not their order. Unicode has no mechanism for reversing text direction on demand, so a true upside-down effect needs the character order reversed as a separate step.
Why do some letters look like normal ones?
Because they are. A rotated n is a u, a rotated b is a q, and a rotated M is a W, so the substitution genuinely uses those plain Latin letters. It is why this style is sometimes read as a typo rather than an effect.
Will it render everywhere?
Mostly. The phonetic characters that do most of the work are well covered, though a few of the rarer substitutions can show as boxes on older devices.
