Reporting something wrong

If a platform's rules have changed, a character renders as an empty box on your device, or a page says something that is simply not true, please tell us. Include:

The page you were on
What it said, and what you found instead
Your device and browser, if it is a rendering problem. A character that fails on one phone often works fine on another, and that detail is the whole diagnosis

Rendering reports are genuinely valuable and hard to get. There is no way to test every style on every device, so a message saying "the runic style shows as boxes on my Samsung A12" improves the site in a way nothing else can.

Requesting a style or a symbol

Tell us what you are looking for and where you have seen it. Some requests are impossible. There is no upside-down alphabet in Unicode, only characters that resemble rotated letters, and no amount of asking will create one. But if a set of characters exists and is not here, it can be added.

Messages are read by the person who built the site. Replies usually come within a few days. There is no support team and no ticket system, which means slower answers than a company would give and more detailed ones.

What we do not do

We cannot help with account problems on Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Roblox or anywhere else. We are not affiliated with any of those platforms and have no access to them. If your account has been restricted or your name was rejected, that platform's own support is the only route.
